Festive Greetings

Barefoot Santa relaxing in a deck chair on the beach

Warm festive greeting to all my readers.

After a crazily busy year I’m winding down for a week or two.

Until my family arrive for a visit mid January,  my only plans are to sleep in, linger over coffee, sip a glass of wine at lunchtime and maybe stay up until after midnight immersed in a good book.

I might even feel inspired to cook and add a post or two to PPTR.

Thank you all for taking the time to read, like, comment and cook my recipes. Your engagement keeps me motivated to continue.

I hope your festive season, wherever you are is filled with love, laughter and delicious food.

Virtual hugs to you all

About ladyredspecs

I live in sunny Brisbane, Australia. My love of good food drives me as a cook, a reader, a traveller, an artist and but mostly as an eater. I cooked professionally for many years but have no formal training. Simply guided by a love of eating good food, respect for ingredients and an abhorrence of artificial additives, I cook instinctively applying the technical know how acquired by experience. I hope you enjoy what I share Sandra AKA ladyredspecs

Enjoy your glass or two of wine – that’s a fine plan you have for the next couple of weeks. See you in 2016.
